Bridget Sadler founded Irondequoit Fury in 2015 to provide players of all ages and skill levels an affordable opportunity to play and continue to develop year round.  Bridget began her coaching career in 2007 at Irondequoit High School as the JV and Modified Coach, just two years after graduating.  Since then, she has coached at numerous camps and clinics, has coached at the USA Field Hockey Regional Futures Tournament, and is a USA Field Hockey Level II Certified Coach.

Prior to her coaching career, Bridget was a Captain and All-County Selection at Irondequoit High School, where she helped lead the program to their first ever Sectional Semi-Final appearance.  In 2009, Bridget graduated from St. John Fisher College with a B.S. in Sport Management. In 2021, she graduated from SUNY Brockport with a Masters in Education.
